REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.
At Seven Scents Parfum, we stand behind the quality of every fragrance we sell. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Each order is carefully inspected before shipment.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in the same condition as received

Please note: E-Gift Cards are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Seven Scents Parfum cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email 7perfumescorp@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate your request.

  2. Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll be notified via email of your return status.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive either a store credit or product exchange within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If your package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, a refund (less shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of its return.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with order details and shipping information.
If you notice any errors, please contact 7perfumescorp@gmail.com immediately so we can assist you.

PAYMENT POLICY

You agree to pay in full for all products (including applicable taxes and fees) at checkout.
By completing your purchase, you authorize Seven Scents Parfum to charge your provided payment method and agree to keep your billing information accurate and current.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We take great care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
However, occasional errors in descriptions or pricing may occur. Seven Scents Parfum reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by incorrect listings at any time.

CANCELED ORDERS

Our order processing system is automated. Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.
