Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

All orders are processed and shipped from our primary fulfillment location within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Carrier Options

We currently ship through USPS and/or UPS, depending on the most efficient method for your location.

Available shipping methods:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: approx. 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: approx. 1–3 business days

  • UPS Ground or similar services: approx. 1–5 business days

Shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed and scanned by the carrier.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to ship all orders quickly, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Holiday seasons

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Seven Scents Parfum is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • The order will be refunded minus the shipping cost, and

  • You may reorder with the correct address.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact USPS/UPS directly to file a claim.

If your item arrives damaged, follow our Refunds & Exchanges Policy and email us within 14 days of delivery.

FULFILLMENT NOTICE

We pack and inspect each order with care.
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Seven Scents Parfum is not responsible for carrier delays or mis-scans.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional time for processing and delivery.
